    It's a perfect time to join us as our acclaimed CHEW Spring 2018 newsletter has just come out. You'll receive this in your Member's Pack when you join us. This edition is packed full of heartwarming stories about children with TOF/OA and real life experiences of Adult TOFs. Read about our fabulous fundraisers, meet our new Trustees and get some health tips.

  • Our Members' Packs

    If you live in the UK and you're joining on behalf of a TOF child, you'll receive your fantastic Member's Pack by post:

    * our latest CHEW newsletter, which is packed full of members’ stories, interviews with healthcare professionals and fabulous fundraising efforts;

    * our orange leaflet “About TOF, OA and VACTERL”, aimed at parents of new-born TOF babies;

    * our purple leaflet “Information for GPs”, aimed at healthcare professionals;

    * our pink leaflet “Tracheo-Oesophageal Fistula (TOF) and Oesophageal Atresia (OA)”, aimed at teachers and carers;

    * an Emergency Card;

    * a blue postcard for you to hand to your GP; and

    * two badges.

     

    If you live in the UK and you're joining as an Adult TOF or on behalf of one, you'll receive our latest CHEW newsletter and our green leaflet 'Health Issues'.

     

    If you live abroad, we will email you CHEW and the relevant leaflets.

    There are many other reasons for joining TOFS as well as our Members' packs:

    * You’ll be the first to hear about exclusive member only events.

    * You’ll receive emotional support, friendship and practical advice from people who are in a similar situation as you.

    * You’ll meet from other TOF/OA adults and families at conferences, meetings and parties.

    * If you join as a Member you’ll be eligible to vote at our Annual General Meetings and shape how TOFS is run in the future.

    * You’ll be kept informed about TOF/OA news through regular emails and 3x yearly copies of CHEW, our informative newsletter, delivered to you for free by post or email.You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive and international community.

    * You can access receive support, if you need it from TLCs (TOFS' Local Contacts).

    * You will benefit from the wealth of knowledge that our Trustees have about TOF/OA.

    * You can help influence and inform medical professionals and benefit current and future TOF/OA families.

    * You'll be part of a structured community which collaborates with other TOF/rare disease organisations and professional medical bodies in the UK and abroad.
