This may be a silly question but here goes….
My son was born with lng gap oa and tof and was joined at 13 weeks.  Obviously his oesophegus and function is not what it should be but we have been plodding along nicely, though he is small for his age and not a ‘bold’ eater.  His last dilutation was at just over a year.  NOw comes the silly question.  As he has grown will his oesophegus have been stretched therefore making it narrower? He seems to be tollerating less and less varietly of foods.  Though he sometines can munch happily on cheese and tomato pizza other days he struggles with cheese.

He is seven now and i know things are easier now than they where when he was born, somedays i feel though this struggle is never ending.

Hello.. I would see your surgeon and maybe a barium swallow is needed? I have been told that during growth spurts dilatations are most common (and obviously common under 2 years old aswell). grin

At least you knoe you have contacted surgeon and this is being looked in to.
Fran has put n weight so so slowly she has never really had a growth spurt! But I would be interested to hear if this may be the case if it ever happens.
